Refund Policy
At NightSera, we stand behind the quality of every Noctera AstroPods projector.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
To qualify for a refund or replacement:
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Proof of issue may be required (photo or video)
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
We do not offer refunds for:
- Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
- Carrier-related delays outside our control
- Normal wear after use
Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused
- Product must be returned in original packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
